His Beatitude Onuphry officially blesses activities of "Miriane" movement

The Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church officially blessed the activities of the "Miriane" movement, the public organization reported in its TG-channel.
“With reference to your letter regarding the blessing for the further development of the Public Union ‘Miriane’ in the field of protecting the rights of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and its believers, the Office of the Kyiv Metropolitanate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church notifies of the Resolution of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine :
‘May God bless you for good deeds. August 16, 2021. + Metropolitan Onuphry’," reads the document signed by the Chancellor of the UOC, Metropolitan Anthony of Boryspil and Brovary.
The organization noted that it is extremely pleased to receive such a document from the Metropolitanate on the anniversary of the enthronement of His Beatitude.
The public movement "Miriane" calls on the believers of the UOC to stop being a silent and invisible majority and to take an active position – for the faith, traditional values and the Church. The UOJ wrote that believers are asked to come on August 21, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to the building of the Verkhovna Rada in Kyiv to pray together to overcome the schism and to meet with Patriarch Bartholomew.
