In the Rivne region, which has moved into the “red” quarantine zone since October 26, religious events can only be attended with a vaccination certificate or a negative coronavirus test, warns Deputy Chairman of the Rivne Regional State Administration Igor Tymoshenko, as reported by Rivne Media.

The official recalled that in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, “all mass, in particular sports, entertainment, social, advertising and other events, including religious ones, are prohibited in the “red” quarantine zone.

"At the same time, as we remember, it is possible to conduct such events, subject to the availability of a PCR test 72 hours before the event, an express test or a ‘green’ vaccination certificate," he said.

In addition, the representative of the Regional State Administration added, there is a limitation on the number of participants in the event: one person per 4 square metre.

Currently, there are eight regions in the "red" quarantine zone: Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Odessa, Rivne, Sumy and Kherson. From Saturday, October 30, seven more will be transferred to it: Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Luhansk, Khmelnytskyi, Chernihiv and Lviv.
