Bezuhla: Being LGBT is not a norm but a deviation

In a Facebook post, Bezuhla shared her views on the LGBT community and quotas for specific population groups. She stated: "I have nothing against LGBT individuals, people with obesity, and the like. I assess only the actions, character, and abilities of a specific person in a specific context."
However, in her opinion, "these and many other conditions are deviations from the norm or, from a scientific perspective, diseases." Bezuhla explained that "being born gay, having psoriasis, or being allergic to penicillin are conditions that accompany a person throughout their life. They impose certain physical and social limitations on personal development and require support."
The MP further stated: "A person with a homosexual orientation likely cannot or will not want to have children, meaning they may fall out of the process of natural selection and passing on their genetics to future generations." In her view, "promoting deviations as norms and substituting concepts is unacceptable."
"Being LGBT is not normal; it is a psychophysiological deviation," Bezuhla emphasized. She added: "Discrimination based on physical or psychological conditions, such as denying a person a job not because of their qualifications but because they are LGBT, is unacceptable. At the same time, hiring someone solely because they belong to the LGBT community is also wrong."
As previously reported by the UOJ, McDonald's has begun moving away from policies prioritizing LGBT employees.
