Malyn authorities demand that UOC clerics vacate churches within 24 hours

On April 13, 2022, Malyn City Council deputies adopted a decision to ban the activities of the UOC in the district, reports the press service of the City Council on its Facebook page. The deputies demanded that the priests vacate the temples within 24 hours.

"None of the clergymen of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church on the territory of the Malyn city territorial community has decided to abandon the Moscow Patriarchate on the 49th day of the Russian invasion of our country. If you want to continue serving the Moscow Patriarchate, we demand that within 24 hours you vacate the churches belonging to the Ukrainian people," the Malyn MPs said in their decision.

As reported, the Novohrad-Volynsky City Council demanded that UOC priests vacate their churches.
