The authorities admit there is no Moscow Patriarchate in Kyiv region

The Kyiv regional military administration admitted that there are no organizations belonging to the Moscow Patriarchate in the Kyiv region.

Lawyer Victoria Kokhanovskaya told about this on her Facebook page.

“There are no religious organizations in the Kyiv region – religious communities that contain in their constituent documents information on their affiliation to the subjects of the 'Moscow Patriarchate' and / or ‘UOC (MP)’. At the same time, the powers of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration do not foresee maintaining a list of ‘religious organizations that are banned at the state level and may contain signs of a threat to the national security of Ukraine,’" the Kyiv Regional Military Administration said.

As previously reported by the UOJ, law enforcement agencies are dealing with the heads of administrations oppressing the UOC.
