Pope says humanity has entered World War III
Pope Francis announced that humanity is living through the Third World War. He said this on August 31 during an audience, welcoming the faithful from Poland, vaticannews.va reports.
“Tomorrow you will mark the anniversary of the outbreak of World War II, which had such a painful impact on the Polish people. Today we are living through World War III. May the memory of past experiences encourage you to cultivate peace in yourself, in your family, in public and international life,” the pontiff said.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that, according to the Pope, the export of grain from Ukraine is "a weak hope for peace."
