Three Greek Orthodox Metropolitans Visit Boston Metropolis Parishes
Three Greek Orthodox Metropolitans brought worship, fellowship, and church unity to parishes across New England.
BOSTON — The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston welcomed three visiting hierarchs of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America over the weekend, as parishes across New England hosted liturgical celebrations and gatherings with the faithful.
Metr. Savas celebrated the Divine Liturgy at St. Nicholas Church, where parishioners gathered for worship and fellowship. Meanwhile, Metr. Apostolos served at Taxiarchae Church, joining members of the parish community for the occasion.
At St. Demetrios Church, Metr. Constantine presided over services and offered spiritual encouragement to clergy and parishioners. According to the Metropolis, the visits provided the faithful with an opportunity to experience the unity and shared ministry of the Church’s hierarchs.
Metr. Methodios expressed gratitude for the presence of the visiting bishops, noting that their participation brought joy and strengthened fellowship throughout the Metropolis. Organizers described the weekend as a grace-filled opportunity for Orthodox Christians in the region to gather in prayer and solidarity.
