St. Anthony the Great Orthodox Church pairs food and fellowship with Orthodox teaching in its inaugural international festival.

SPRING, TX — St. Anthony the Great Orthodox Church will host its first International Food Festival on Oct. 9–10, 2026, bringing together food, fellowship, and Orthodox Christian teaching in collaboration with Ancient Faith Ministries.

The two-day event will feature guest speakers including Fr. Andrew Stephen Damick, Fr. Nicholas Louh, Dr. Philip Mamalakis, and Dr. Zachary Porcu, addressing topics such as parenting, evangelism, and spiritual renewal in contemporary life.

Alongside the speaker sessions, the festival will highlight international cuisine, parish hospitality, and family-friendly activities. Organizers say the event aims to strengthen community ties while supporting parish ministries and introducing visitors to Orthodox Christian life and tradition.

More information on the festival can be found here.

Previously, the UOJ reported that Fr. Stephen De Young and Fr. Andrew Damick will lead a parish-life conference.
