Despite threats, UOC believers praying at the walls of the seized church in Kolomyia

Parishioners of the Annunciation Church in Kolomyia, seized by the chaplains of the UGCC, are standing in prayer at the walls of the church, reports the site of the Ivano-Frankivsk eparchy.

The UOC faithful gathered together with Archpriest Vitaly Dimnych near the walls of the church to read the Akathist to the Most-Holy Theotokos. The parishioners were not scared away by insults and the numerous threats that came from those supporting the church raiding.

The Annunciation Church was seized by Greek Catholics on October 18.
