UOC KP "cross walkers" say they were brought to Kiev by officials

The Ivanovovka Regional State Administration arranged the trip and buses to transport residents of the district to the capital, the participant of the event told the "Hromadske TV".

"We were organized by the head of our state administration, Dovbnia Sergey Leonidovich," she said and explained that they had been travelling upon a special "invitations".

The woman confirmed that 20 people had arrived upon the "invitation" of the local authorities.

Earlier, the UOJ reported on the authorities preventing UOC believers from taking part in the Cross Procession of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Zaporozhye, Sumy, Kherson and other regions of Ukraine, including putting pressure on the carriers.

Earlier, commenting on media reports of the authorities obstructing the participation of UOC believers in the Cross Procession, NGO "Public Advocacy" lawyers explained that this is a criminal offence.
