A cross procession to the Pochaev Lavra from Kamenets-Podolsky

On August 19, on the day of the Transfiguration of the Lord, the believers of the Kamenets-Podolsky eparchy set off for the Pochaev Lavra.

As a UOJ correspondent reports, the participants of the religious procession began their journey to Pochaev from the square in front of the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, where the festive Divine Liturgy was celebrated.

Part of the pilgrims will join the cross walkers in the village of Dolzhok. From there, after the parting sermon of Metropolitan of Kamenets-Podolsky and Gorodok, the faithful will go to the Pochaev Lavra.

The participants of the prayer procession plan to reach the monastery within seven days.
