Ostroh University supports the creation of SLC

National University "Ostroh Academy"

A video of the meeting of the Ostroh Academy administration in support of the SLC was posted on Youtube, reports “Rayon. Ostrog”.

“The Ostroh Academy, being a university that is in the avant-garde of the educational and social processes that occur in Ukraine, cannot stay out of these issues,” Rector Igor Pasechnik explained the position of the educational institution.

As the UOJ reported, the other day the trade union organization of the KP "Odessa Heat Supply" and the Odessa nationalists called on the hierarchs of the UOC to reconsider their decisions taken at the recent Bishops' Council. Heat supply reps and a dozen nationalist organizations expressed a negative attitude towards the position of the UOC hierarchs. At the same time, as local media reported, this was the first public appeal of the trade union “Odessa Heat Supply” for a very long time: in particular, when the company did not pay wages for several months, the trade union did not show such activity.

Earlier in Zhitomir, “SLC supporters”, who confused the notion of “Tomos” with the name “Thomas” on their posters, staged a picket under the city cathedral of the UOC.
