UOC Primate to attend festivities of Simeon the Myrrh-Exuding in Montenegro

On February 29, 2020, the Primate of the UOC, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kiev and All Ukraine and four Hierarchs of the UOC will take part in the festivities dedicated to the Monk Simeon Myrrh-Exuding in Podgorica (Montenegro). This was reported by Metropolitan Amphilochios of Montenegro and the Littoral, reports "RTCG".
The celebrations will be led by the Primate of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Irinej of Serbia.
According to Metropolitan Amphilochios, festive services will be held in the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ and the Monastery of St. Simeon the Myrrh-Exuding.
Recall, earlier His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry visited the Bancheny Monastery and an orphanage. There are 415 children under the tutelage of the Monastery.
