Metropolitan Onuphry reports how many churches joined OCU in Kyiv Eparchy

At the annual meeting of the clergy, the head of the Kyiv Eparchy, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry reported how many parishes decided to transfer to the OCU, reports the UOC Information and Education Department.
"Unfortunately, four parishes in the region led by their rectors changed their confessional affiliation, going over to the OCU," His Beatitude said.
At the same time, the Primate reported that there are 393 communities in the Kyiv Eparchy (162 in Kyiv and 231 in the region). There are 471 churches with altars and 42 churches with rooms equipped for divine services in the eparchy.
In 303 parishes, worship services are held more than once a week.
As reported, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry headed a meeting of the clergy of the Kyiv Eparchy.
