On 25 March 2023, authorities set up checkpoints at all entrances to the Pochaiv Lavra, report UOJ sources.
All UOC worshippers who want to attend an all-night vigil at the Pochaiv Lavra are being checked.
At the entrance to Pochaiv, there is a police car and people in military uniform. They stop minibuses and ask where people are going and if they are going to the monastery.
At the moment, there are queues of people wishing to go to prayer near the monastery.
In addition, in the town of Kremenets, pilgrims from the town of Rakhiv were removed from a passenger bus and the car was taken away for examination.
