The abbot of the Lavra, Metropolitan Pavel, arrived at the Shevchenkivsky district court, where he should be chosen a measure of restraint, the strana.ua telegram channel reports.
The UOC hierarch arrived from the hospital after the court abruptly changed its decision to postpone the meeting to Monday and scheduled it for today.
As the UOJ correspondent said, the situation near the court is calm. No one is allowed into the territory of the court, except for journalists. The police, about 15 people, are on duty.
As the UOJ previously reported, the trial of the abbot of the Lavra will continue on the evening of April 1.
