On April 16, 2023, the persecuted UOC community from the village of Zadubrivka in the Chernivtsi region held the Easter service in a private home.

The press service of the Chernivtsi and Bukovyna Eparchy of the UOC said that such a number of believers in Zadubrivka "as at this night's Easter service, has never been seen before".

"Who, perhaps, in those years were too lazy to come and spend the whole Easter night in the temple of God, came this year. After all, everyone wanted to personally throw in the face of the servants of hell who took over the temple on April 5: 'Death, where is your sting? Hell, where is your victory?", the press service said.

In addition, more than 40 believers of Zadubrivka expressed a desire to receive the Sacrament of Communion.
