On November 23, 2020, after the “liturgy” at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Kyiv, ex-Metropolitan of the UOC Alexander (Drabinko) said that the day before he had presented the Exarch of Constantinople in Ukraine, Bishop Mikhail (Anishchenko), the vestment of His Beatitude Metropolitan Vladimir of Kyiv and All Ukraine so that the latter put on "that grace-filled power which His Beatitude possessed in his leadership of the Church of Christ".

Thanking the attending “bishops” for the joint prayer on the birthday of His Beatitude Metropolitan Vladimir – “Primate of the Kyiv Church”, Drabinko expressed special gratitude to the Exarch of Phanar, who on that day celebrated his first liturgy in the episcopal rank.

“Yesterday, on behalf of our parish, on behalf of our monastery and our diocese, we congratulated Vladyka and presented him with the vestment of the late Metropolitan Vladimir so that he, putting it on, would also dress in that grace-filled power that His Beatitude possessed in his leadership of the Church of Christ,” said the "hierarch" of the OCU after the joint "divine service", which was broadcast on the Facebook page of the Transfiguration Cathedral.

We recall that on February 10, 2019, the “Primate” of the OCU, Epiphany Dumenko, celebrated the “liturgy” in the panagias of the late Metropolitan Vladimir (Sabodan).
