On the night of January 9, supporters of the OCU seized the Kazan Temple of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the city of Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia Oblast, reports the Telegram channel "Miryany" (Laity).

"Dear brothers and sisters! I ask for prayers for the Kazan Temple in Ladyzhyn. At night, bandits threw parishioners out of the temple, beat Father Yevgeny," said the UOC parishioners.

On the video posted by the public union "Myriany" it is recorded that the seizure was carried out with the help of a bulldozer. The Kazan Temple community called the police to the scene; parishioners reported that at night raiders "threw people out of the temple by hands and feet in the cold," and the face of the priest was covered in blood after the visit of supporters of the OCU.

As reported by the UOJ, the community of the Kazan Temple of the UOC in the city of Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia Oblast, which was transferred to the OCU at a raider meeting on November 10, 2023, declared its loyalty to the UOC.
