On 13 May 2024, the Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv postponed the court hearing of the case regarding the arrest of the property of Archpriest Serhiy Chertylin, reports the UOC lawyer, Archpriest Nikita Chekman, on his Telegram channel.
"The court hearing was postponed to 11:00, 15.05.2024, due to the failure to bring Archpriest Sarhiy to court! We hope Father Serhiy will be able to participate in the next court session," the lawyer wrote.
As reported, despite the court decision, which denied the investigator to seize the funds provided for the purchase of a car for the AFU, the investigator did not return the funds and appealed to the court with another petition.
