In the Sloviansk District Court of the Donetsk Region, another session on the case of Metropolitan Arseniy of Sviatohirsk was held on 24 June 2024. According to the press service of the Sviatohirsk Lavra, the judge decided to transfer the case to the Dnipro Court of Appeal, as there was a dispute during the hearings about which court should determine the further preventive measure.

"After 60 days of detention in the Dnipro Pre-trial Detention Centre, ordered by the October District Court of Dnipro on April 25, the issue of his further whereabouts remains unresolved," the statement reads.
