The Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, announced that after the blocking of the rostrum, the MPs are not going on vacation but will work in committees. He wrote this on his Facebook page.
Stefanchuk reminded that working in the session hall is not the only activity of the MPs of Ukraine: "Each of them works in committees (where laws are prepared for voting in the hall), in temporary special and investigative commissions, engage in other parliamentary control measures, inter-parliamentary activities, and so on," he explained.
The Speaker of the Rada added that the deputies will focus on finalizing certain provisions of law 8371 with the aim of its prompt "submission and voting in the hall. MPs will engage in other activities, including those closely related to the preparation of this bill."
As the UOJ reported, Stefanchuk stated that the Rada will convene when the final version of law 8371 is ready.
