On August 7, the Rector of the Kiev Theological Academy and Seminary (KDAiS), Bishop Sylvester of Bilohorodka summed up the results of the admission campaign – 2021 during a meeting of the Academic Council, reports kdais.kiev.ua.
The rector of the KDAiS reported that according to the results of the entrance exams, 224 applicants were enrolled in the full-time and part-time departments of Kyiv theological schools, of which 38 were enrolled in the full-time department of the Kyiv Theological Academy (magistracy) and 55 in the seminary. 64 applicants were enrolled in the correspondence department – to the Kyiv Theological Academy (magistracy) and 67 – to the seminary.
Bishop Sylvester thanked all the teachers for their participation in the admission campaign, after which it was decided that the next meeting of the Academic Council will take place on August 31, 2021.
After the end of the meeting, in the square in front of the administrative building of the Academy, the senior assistant to the vice-rector for educational work, Archimandrite Vladimir (Tsipinio), announced the results of the admission campaign – 2021.
As reported, a prayer service was held at the KDAiS before the start of the entrance exams.
