On September 11, another court hearing on the case of the Upper Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra took place in the Northern Appellate Court of Kyiv, according to the Save_Lavra Telegram channel.

"The monastery's lawyers filed a motion to postpone the hearing due to the fact that third parties (the monks of the monastery) could not be present in the courtroom because of religious rituals," the message stated.

It is noted that the court granted the motion.

The next hearing will take place on October 1 at 14:15.

As reported by the UOJ, the previous hearing was held on September 4, during which the Northern Appellate Court closed the appeal process concerning the involvement of third parties who had not participated in the case.
