Hearing on the case of Fr Serhiy Chertylin to be held in Kyiv on October 15

Today, October 15, 2024, a court hearing will take place in the Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv concerning the appeal against the notice of suspicion for Archpriest Serhiy Chertylin. This was reported by UOC lawyer Archpriest Nikita Chekman on his Telegram channel.
The hearing is scheduled to start at 12:40.
As previously reported by the UOJ, the hearing in the Supreme Court regarding Zelensky's decree on the UOC has been postponed.
