On Sunday 27 October, about 11 a.m. in the village of Sahunivka, Cherkasy district, local activists led by a cleric of the OCU gathered people and on behalf of parishioners of the UOC Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos suggested joining the OCU, report UOC believers.

Dumenko followers formed lists and recorded there those wishing to make a “transition”.

“Our – true parishioners also made lists. Ours were much more, but their chief said that 20 votes would be enough for him,” said Olha, a UOC believer.

Believers explicitly call what is happening lies and falsifications.

As the UOJ wrote, it became known who stormed the cathedral of the UOC in Cherkasy.
