Ukraine has been a country of strong men and women for centuries, and LGBT people are "not our history". Artem Dmytruk, an MP from the “Servant of the People” party, a master of sports in powerlifting and the owner of sports clubs Barbell gym and Barbell baza in Odessa, said this in a comment to Koshelnik_TV, answering a question about his attitude to the LGBT parade in Kyiv.
The people's deputy noted that he is a believer and has been involved in physical and spiritual development of children and youth for 8 years, "so, of course, I have a very negative attitude to any gay parades, LGBT parades, LGBT societies, communities and movements".
“Our country has been a country of strong men, strong women for centuries, and to mix this story so that a man is half-male or a woman is a male is not our story. That is why I am fighting against LGBT people with my sports events, sports achievements, my family, and my example,” Artem Dmytruk emphasized.
As reported, MP Artem Kultenko explained why he opposes LGBT parades.
