The oldest schema-monk of Mukachevo Eparchy of UOC reposes in the Lord

On November 21, Schema-Monk Onuphrius, a resident of St. George's Monastery in Zabolotne, Mukachevo Eparchy of the UOC, reposed in the Lord, according to the Facebook page of the Khust Eparchy of the UOC.
The diocese noted that Schema-Monk Onuphrius was known as an exceptionally kind man of deep faith and humility.
"Father Onuphrius brought great spiritual joy and comfort to many. Those who knew the elder testify to his profound spiritual life, sincere and powerful prayer, and ceaseless devotion to heartfelt prayer for the entire world," the statement said.
The diocese announced that the date and time of the funeral would be communicated later.
