One of Donald Trump’s first executive orders as president will be the recognition of only two genders – male and female – in the United States, reports Strana.

Under this order, government institutions will be mandated to use only two gender categories on official forms and identification documents.

Additionally, transgender athletes will be prohibited from participating in women’s sports competitions. The order will also ban “gender ideology” and diversity and inclusion programs within federal government agencies, reports CNN.

Another provision will prohibit the use of federal funds to finance gender transition procedures.

These measures reflect the new administration’s stance aimed at revising policies on gender-related issues.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that Trump attended a worship service in Washington, D.C., before his inauguration.
