In Wales, Muslim Teenagers Set Fire to Christian Church

Port Talbot, Wales—Local media reports state that the fire broke out in the Methodist Chapel on Station Road Thursday evening, April 24.

Two teenagers, aged 14 and 15, Pakistani immigrants, were arrested on suspicion of arson. An investigation is currently underway.

Fire crews from Port Talbot, Swansea, and Neath arrived at the scene at 6:49 PM local time. It took several hours to extinguish the blaze — it was not fully put out until the early hours of Friday, April 25.

The church building was severely damaged in the fire, according to the Mid and West Wales Fire Service.
