Protodeacon of the UOC, MP Vadim Novinsky said in a comment to the "1Kozak" channel that the Istanbul Convention contains anti-Christian norms.
“It has certain provisions that clearly contradict the Gospel, and the Gospel is the foundation of our life, it is the most important, the main law in the life of all humankind,” Vadim Novinsky emphasized.
The deputy himself will never support the provisions of the Convention and will agitate all parliamentarians to vote against its ratification if considered within the walls of the Parliament.
Earlier, Vadim Novinsky said that "Servants of the People" are afraid to repeal Poroshenko's anti-church laws.
