Free Webinar on the Life of St. Tikhon the Confessor
September 24, 2025 — Protodeacon Andrei Psarev, Professor of Theology, Patrology, and Canon Law at Holy Trinity Seminary in Jordanville and founder of ROCOR Studies, has announced a free webinar on the Life and Legacy of St. Tikhon of Moscow.
The free webinar kicks off at 3:00pm on Thursday, September 25, 2025. Co-hosted by Matushka Alena Plavsic from the Fund for Assistance to ROCOR, the discussion will focus on St. Tikhon's archpastoral witness as a shepherd who guided the Church in two very new worlds, America and Soviet Russia.
Pdn. Andrei recently completed a tour of the American South, where he delivered lectures on St. Tikhon's life and legacy in America. UOJ was fortunate enough to attend a lecture in Charlotte, and will be releasing excerpts from the talk in the near future.
