LONDON — The Diocese of Great Britain and Western Europe welcomed the miraculous Kursk Root Icon of the Mother of God on Oct. 13, 2025, announcing the schedule for the most sacred icon of the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad (ROCOR) that will last until Dec. 7, 2025.

The detailed schedule of visits is available through local parishes. Faithful are encouraged to contact their parish priest directly for exact service times and opportunities to venerate the icon.

During each stop, the Kursk Root Icon will remain briefly, allowing clergy to offer home blessings upon request. Parishioners may also learn more about the icon’s history, spiritual significance, and guidance for preparing to receive its visit through their local parish.

The full schedule of cities the icon will journey or has already journeyed to, as provided by the Diocese, is listed below.
