BUTTE, MT — The 2026 MontaNIKA Pan-Orthodox Conference, themed “Orthodoxy and Nature,” will be held June 4–7 at Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, gathering clergy, scholars, and faithful for four days of theological reflection and fellowship. The annual event is hosted with the blessing of His Grace, Bp. Maxim, and has become a hallmark Orthodox gathering in the American West.

This year’s theme will explore ecology, creation, human nature, communion, and contemporary ideological challenges through an Orthodox lens. Featured speakers include Metr. Jonah, Protodeacon Brian Patrick Mitchell, Fr. Dn. Ananias Sorem, Prof. Seraphim (Bruce) Foltz, Dr. David Patrick Harry, Tony Bomkamp, and John Heers.

The conference will include daily prayers, lectures, banquet dinners, a monastery tour, and live music, including performances by bands Well Beaten Path and Dirt Poor Robins. Early-bird registration is $170, before March 20th, with limited VIP tickets available.

Previously, the UOJ reported that the OCA Diocese of the South announced a 2026 pastoral conference.
