UOJ-USA Launching New Editorial Podcast
MARCH 2, 2026 — The Union of Orthodox Journalists of America has announced the launch of a new editorial podcast, "The Midnight Office," set to debut Thursday, March 5.
According to Editor-in-Chief Ben Dixon, the idea grew organically out of extended editorial phone conversations with General Editor Michael W. Davis. “I can’t seem to call Michael without us being on the phone for an hour or two,” Dixon said. “Eventually we thought, ‘maybe we should record these.’ Michael pitched the name 'The Midnight Office,' and here we are.”
The podcast will feature in-depth discussions between members of the editorial team and invited guests, covering a wide range of topics. New episodes will be released every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. EST and will be available on Patreon, YouTube, and major streaming platforms including Spotify. Periodic live shows with audience Q&A are also planned.
The launch follows UOJ-America’s earlier introduction of Orthodox Dispatch, a weekly Monday news round-up podcast.
