Head of OCU calls for the fight against RF "until victory"
The head of the schismatics, Sergei Dumenko, addressed the Ukrainians with a message in which he called on citizens to defend the state from the Russian aggression. The full text of his speech is published on the official website of the OCU.
In his address, Dumenko speaks of pooled resistance, the defense of his native land and the fight against the aggressor until victory.
“Life in the Ukrainian lands of Crimea and Donbas, which have been occupied by Russia for now, testifies that bloodshed, ruin, captivity, and fear come along with the Kremlin occupiers,” Dumenko said. “I urge you to fight for our Ukrainian statehood, to support the armed forces and all our defenders. Together we can withstand it. With God's help, we will win this fight."
Earlier, the UOJ reported that the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry called to intensify prayers for peace in the country.
