Khmelnytskyi authorities to demolish UOC temple in Ozerna
The UOC church in honor of the Holy Martyrs Vera, Nadezhda, Lyubov and their mother Sophia in the Ozerna microdistrict of Khmelnytskyi city is going to be demolished by local authorities. This is reported in the Khmelnytsky INFO Telegram channel.
According to the Khmelnytskyi City Council, the temple was built without permission and approval from the local authorities and needs to be demolished.
Recall that earlier officials from the Khmelnytskyi City Council threatened the rector of the temple that if he did not transfer to the OCU with his parish, the built chapel would be destroyed.
The UOJ also reported that, according to the decision of the local administration, a land plot was taken away from the UOC community in honor of the holy martyrs Vera, Nadezhda, Lyubov and their mother Sophia.
