Eurosolidarity MPs call for information to be sought on “Moscow priests”

The co-chairman of the European Solidarity faction, Iryna Gerashchenko, and MP Artur Gerasimov, spoke about "Moscow priests", allegedly actively involved in the organization of "referendums" in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, reports volyn.com.ua.

They also urged the SBU and "all supporters" to report on "the facts of anti-Ukrainian activities of UOC representatives".

"We have just returned with Artur Gerasimov, Petro Poroshenko and our team from the de-occupied villages in the Kharkiv region. In the liberated territories, people told us, and this is nothing new – this was the case in Kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy regions - that the occupants came in with specific lists of pro-Ukrainian patriots, members of pro-Ukrainian patriotic parties, ATO soldiers, took away their relatives and tortured them. Among these collaborators and traitors were primarily former regionalists, Shariy party members, Communists and Moscow priests who worked as spotters," said Iryna Gerashchenko.

"We would like to appeal to the SBU, as well as to all concerned citizens and supporters – to collect information about the activities of Moscow priests, who took the most active part in organizing fake referendums," MP Artur Gerasimov urged.

As reported, Metropolitan Jonathan of Tulchyn described the search in the eparchy as ordered and directed against the UOC.
