HOUSTON — The Orthodox Studies Institute has announced the appointment of Dn. Seraphim Rohlin as its new Director of Analytics, effective January 1, 2026. The announcement from the Institute highlights Rohlin’s unique blend of experience as both a seasoned data scientist and a communicator well-versed in Church history and literature, noting his work co-hosting the Great Tales podcast and contributing to Symbolic World content.
Rohlin previously served as a consultant for the Institute, co-authoring research reports and appearing on national podcasts. Some of his work will be publicly visible through articles and videos, while other projects will support church leaders directly.
In addition to his analytics work, Rohlin is the Chief Operating Officer of Symbolic World Press and an active deacon in the OCA Diocese of the South with a large family.
