St. Herman Conference to Gather Orthodox Youth in Montreal

MONTREAL — Registration has opened for the 2026 St. Herman Youth Conference, which will bring Orthodox youth ages 16 and older to St. Nicholas Diocesan Cathedral in Montreal from December 22–26.

The conference will be held with the blessing of Metr. Nicholas of Eastern America and New York and Abp. Gabriel of Montreal and Canada. Participants will gather for several days of fellowship and Orthodox Christian formation during the Christmas season.

The registration fee is $350 per person through November 1, after which the cost will increase to $400. The fee includes lodging, with four participants accommodated per room, meals, and transportation between the hotel and church. Canadian participants have been asked to contact Archpriest George Lagodich regarding special payment arrangements.

Registration is being conducted online through the St. Herman Youth Conference website, with the final registration deadline set for December 1. Young people who require financial assistance may contact the conference administrators through the email address provided on the registration page.

Clergy are also encouraged to participate and bring delegations from their parishes to the conference.
