RF Chief Mufti calls on Russian citizens to support mobilization
The Chief Mufti of the Russian Federation, head of the Central Muslim Spiritual Directorate Talgat Tadzhuddin called on the Russian citizens to support the mobilization, reports Interfax.
“The announcement of mobilization is a warning. Yesterday, at an urgent plenum, the members of the presidium, after discussing this situation, adopted a statement of support for the actions of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and called on our part of all our compatriots to immediately comply with all orders of the Supreme Commander," Tadzhuddin said.
On September 21, 2022, the President of the Russian Federation signed a decree on partial military mobilization. First of all, those who have a demanded military specialty, served in the army and have combat experience will be mobilized.
Earlier, Patriarch Kirill urged the Russians "not to consider Ukrainians as enemies".
