On 13 November 2022, supporters of the OCU seized Sts. Boris and Gleb’s Church of the UOC in Pereyaslav, Kyiv region, reports “1 Kozak” on its Facebook page.
"Bad news. The OCU seized Sts. Boris and Gleb’s Church in Pereyaslav," says the message.
"Again provocations, fights and proof that legislation in Ukraine is NOT working. While we go to the police and courts, they – to our temples with a crowbar. The police are inactive," wrote lawyer Viktoriya Kokhanovska.
As a parishioner from Pereyaslav said that as long as the OCU seizes temples, there will be no peace.
