AHOS Opens 2026–2027 Enrollment for Theology Programs
AHOS has opened enrollment for advanced Orthodox theological programs focused on academic study and spiritual formation.
LA VERNE, CA — Enrollment for the 2026–2027 academic year at the Antiochian House of Studies (AHOS) is now open through the end of May, the institution announced, inviting applicants seeking formation in Orthodox Christian theology and ministry.
AHOS offers a range of programs including the St. Stephen’s Certificate (SSC), Master of Theological Studies (MTS), Master of Divinity (MDiv), Doctor of Ministry in Eastern Orthodox Theology, and a Ph.D. in Orthodox Studies. A Master in Pastoral Care and Counseling will next be offered in 2027. The programs are designed for clergy, laity, and others pursuing deeper engagement with Orthodox Christian teaching, Scripture, and Patristic writings.
The institution emphasizes a hybrid learning model that combines academic study with residencies and spiritual formation. Rooted in the legacy of the historical School of Antioch, AHOS's mission is to provide education grounded in Orthodox worship, doctrine, and practice, while fostering a lived experience of the Orthodox Christian way of life.
