OCF Seeking Full-Time Coordinator for National Outreach Efforts
Orthodox Christian Fellowship is seeking a ministry-minded leader to expand outreach and strengthen campus connections nationwide.
BROOKLINE, MA — Orthodox Christian Fellowship has announced an opening for a full-time Community Engagement Coordinator, a new role focused on strengthening outreach, chapter support, and relationship-building efforts throughout the organization’s national network of college ministries.
The salaried position will report to the Assistant Director of Ministries and will involve direct engagement with students, clergy, alumni, parents, and parishes connected to OCF chapters across the United States. The coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for local chapters, helping support student leaders, assist with chartering new chapters, and respond to the needs of existing campus ministries.
The role also includes oversight of several national outreach initiatives, including College Days programs, high school outreach efforts, and systems for connecting prospective students with Orthodox campus communities. Additional responsibilities involve alumni engagement, collaboration with OCF’s Alumni Advisory Board, and the development of communication strategies designed to increase awareness of Orthodox Christian campus life.
Applicants are expected to be Orthodox Christians with a foundational knowledge of the faith and familiarity with the various traditions within American Orthodoxy. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and organizational skills, experience with outreach or ministry work, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
