Filaret diagnosed with pneumonia

On Friday, September 4, the 91-year-old head of the UOC-KP was hospitalized with COVID-19.
The head of the Kyiv Patriarchate Filaret Denisenko, who had received a positive test for coronavirus the day before, was diagnosed with pneumonia, reports the UOC-KP press service on Saturday, September 5, 2020.
“The 2nd day of hospitalization. Patriarch Filaret's condition is satisfactory. Pneumonia has been diagnosed,” says the report of the UOC-KP press service, published on Filaret's Facebook page.
The Kyiv Patriarchate called on to pray for the recovery of their 91-year-old leader, since "now he especially needs our prayer".
As reported, the head of the Kyiv Patriarchate Filaret Denisenko was hospitalized with a diagnosis of COVID-19.
