Deadline Nears for Orthodox Men’s Wilderness Trek in California
The wilderness trek offers Orthodox men a rare opportunity to unite faith, fellowship, and adventure in a remote natural setting.
ETNA, CA — Orthodox men across the United States are being invited to register for the Second Annual St. Innocent of Alaska Men’s Wilderness Trek, with a May 4 deadline fast approaching and limited spaces remaining. The event is sponsored by St. Photios Orthodox Theological Seminary and aims to combine spiritual growth with outdoor fellowship.
Scheduled for June 7 through June 12, the trek will gather participants in the rugged landscapes of Northern California for several days of prayer, brotherhood, and wilderness exploration. Open to men ages 18 and older, the program seeks to foster deeper faith and camaraderie in a setting removed from daily distractions.
Organizers emphasize the retreat’s unique blend of adventure and spiritual reflection, encouraging early registration due to capacity limits. Those interested are urged to contact Jason Finnie at [email protected] directly for additional information and application details before the deadline.
