Super Bowl Ad Promotes Adoption as Life-Affirming Choice
A Super Bowl ad from Live Action spotlights adoption as a compassionate third option for women facing unexpected pregnancies.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A new Super Bowl commercial promoted by the pro-life organization Live Action aims to reshape the national conversation around adoption, encouraging women facing unexpected pregnancies to consider adoption as a life-affirming alternative. Set to air during Sunday’s championship game, the ad delivered the message that while parenting may not always be possible, adoption remains a viable and compassionate choice.
The commercial portrays a distressed young woman confronting a positive pregnancy test as a narrator addresses the confusion, pressure, and polarized voices surrounding her. Visuals of competing pro-life and pro-abortion protesters underscore the tension, while the narration emphasizes that women are often presented with only two choices, when, in fact, there is a third: adoption.
The ad concludes with a QR code linking viewers to a website explaining adoption options, stressing dignity, informed choice, and ongoing support for mothers, as well as the availability of families ready to adopt.
