Orthodox homeschool teens have one week left to register for St. Emmelia Ministries’ online “Teen Ask Abouna!” workshop on February 18.

SAGINAW, MICHIGAN — St. Emmelia Ministries is inviting Orthodox homeschool teens to register for its upcoming “Teen Ask Abouna!” online workshop, with just one week remaining before registration closes.

The virtual event will be held Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 8:15 p.m. EST. Hosted online, the session will give teens the opportunity to ask questions about the Orthodox faith, Church teaching, and other topics of interest, followed by fellowship with fellow Orthodox homeschoolers from around the world.

The workshop will be led by Fr. Timothy Cook, the GOARCH Spiritual Advisor and parish priest of St. Demetrios Church in Saginaw, Michigan. A graduate of Hillsdale College and Holy Cross, Fr. Tim was ordained to the diaconate and priesthood in 2014. He and his wife, Presbytera Catherine, homeschool their five children.
