The free weekly Church Roadmap Podcast will launch in 2026 to provide Orthodox parishes with practical, faith-based tools for strengthening parish life.

JAN. 3, 2026 — A new weekly Church Roadmap Podcast will launch in 2026 as a free resource aimed at strengthening Orthodox parish life. Airing every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with recordings available on demand, the podcast is designed to help parishes move from survival to sustainable growth.

The program will address five core areas of parish vitality: servant leadership, stewardship and engagement, vision and strategic planning, spiritual formation and religious education, and unity in Christ. Content is drawn from more than 30 years of experience working with over 1,000 parishes, as well as research that produced the 626-page volume A Roadmap for American Churches and People of Faith: W.W.J.D.

Each 45–60 minute episode will be grounded in Orthodox theology and ecclesiology and tailored to support parish priests, lay leadership, and diocesan hierarchs. Viewers may submit questions for discussion. The podcast will stream live and on demand via Stewardship Calling on YouTube and Facebook, offering accessible, no-cost guidance to those serving in parish ministry.

Previously,  the UOJ reported that Faithtree Resources is offering a free hospitality course for clergy.
