Orthodox Christians for Life has launched a $25,000 matching gift challenge, where an anonymous donor will double all donations received by December 6 to support the organization's pro-life mission within the Orthodox Christian community.

SPOKANE — Orthodox Christians for Life (OCLife) has unveiled a $25,000 matching gift challenge to amplify its advocacy for the sanctity of human life. An anonymous donor will double every contribution made by December 6, potentially boosting the nonprofit's resources by up to $50,000.

Founded to educate and engage the Orthodox Christian community on Church teachings—from conception to natural death—OCLife emphasizes unwavering commitment to life's inherent value. "The impetus for everything we do can be summed up in a simple yet powerful statement from St. Symeon the New Theologian: ‘One human being is more precious to God than the entire cosmos,’" the organization stated in its appeal.

Donors can contribute securely online via credit card or electronic transfer at oclife.org/donate, or mail checks to Orthodox Christians for Life, 12402 N. Division Street, #350, Spokane, WA 99218. As a 501(c)(3) entity, all gifts are tax-deductible.

This initiative arrives amid growing national debates on life issues, underscoring OCLife's role in fostering faith-based activism. Organizers hope the match will fuel expanded programs, reaching more parishes and families.
